Characteristics:

Polyester Putty that it is made of this resins have good scratching performance, excellent resistance to temperature changing,outstanding adhesive force. Pliability can reach less than 50mm, with high-temperature resistance of over 140 degree centigrade. Mainly being applied to the leveling up and decoration of the blemishes, such as the drop pits of keelsons, pin-shaped cavities, crackles, and little welding lines etc. before closing the floating coat in the painting technics of passenger car to satisfy the leveling and smoothness of the keelsons before painting the surface. It is also of good toolability for glass reinforced plastics.

1.Products are packed with galvanized iron drums that are clean and dry. The net weight of each drum is 200kg

Notes:

This unsaturated polyester putty is unsuitable to be used on the galvanized plates directly, but combines well with epoxy keelson.This unsaturated polyester putty can cure with MEKPO and CHPO hardener, but cannot cure with BPO hardener.

Guide for depositing:

Store in low temperature, dry, ventilated place. Keep away with fire, light and heat , be not unsealed or disrepair under 5-30 centigrades.
